About PostService

Who we are

PostService runs postservice.uz, a hiring bridge for military veterans and employers across the Republic of Uzbekistan. We bring together careful account review and matching tools so that people who served can present their experience clearly and companies can find discipline and real world operational strength without drowning in generic applications.

Our mission

Our mission is to shorten the distance between military service and stable civilian employment. Veterans hold skills that transfer into security, logistics, operations, field services, and many other fields. Employers need a straight path to that talent. PostService is built to serve both sides with clarity and a workflow that fits how teams actually hire.

The platform

If you are a veteran, you can submit a registration form, describe your background and goals, and request access. If you represent a company, you can outline roles, culture, and hiring needs, and request a company account. We review submissions to protect quality and safety on the platform. Approved users can then use PostService to explore matches that align with profiles and priorities on both sides.

Languages and trust

The product is available in Uzbek, English, and Russian. We treat personal data seriously, describe our practices in the Privacy Policy, and invite you to read the Terms of Service before you use the forms. As PostService grows, we will keep improving transparency and the matching experience.

What we offer

  • Structured profiles for veterans and for employers
  • Matching and ranking that highlight promising fits
  • A multilingual interface across Uzbek, English, and Russian
  • Registration workflows reviewed before accounts are activated

Institutional support

PostService is developed in coordination with national priorities for digital government and for supporting people who have served. The initiative receives support and cooperation from the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
